Christmas morning

For the last 3 years this has been are Family Tradition.
We go out to eat at a restaurant, then on to Festival of
lights, and then drive around to look at neighborhood
Christmas lights. This year we also went to Thanksgiving
Point. My Favorite is finding neighborhoods who have gone
all out on putting up lights. And the different things people do.
After that on our way home, we stop by the sports park (if it has
snowed). And do a few doughnuts in the parking lot. This is Manny
and the kids favorite part. This year I decided to record some
of it. Its the post below. WARNING: May cause dizziness.

This is our Christmas Party with my Mom!
Let me just say it didn't start out to well. Monday
it snowed the whole day and into the night. So most
of us were late. It was horrible driving out to Benjamin.
But once we got there we had a great time, and my mom
had a fun game planned for the kids. They sat in a circle, the
first person got to chose a present, then the next either took the
first persons, or choose their own. It was fun, but of course they
all wanted to pick their own bag. Kaden ended up picking one
with a girl toy. We all started laughing, because we know
how much he hates girl things. He started crying
really bad, so we let him pick another.
He is such a terd. When we got to the party
him and Ammon were checking out their gifts,
and Kaden got mad because his was a small box.
He pouted most of the party until he opened his
present to find he got just what he wanted. I told
him he should be thankful for any toy at all!
My Eli!!!!
He loves Sponge Bob Square Pants. Cute little Trevin. He slept through the whole party. I had to wake him up to open his gift. Great Grandpa Dick My brother He's such a handsome man.

Making Christmas cookies!

So I braved the weather Friday night, and went to my sister Collene's house. We had planed to make cookies, but when it started to snow I was having second thoughts. But I hopped into the big truck, turned on the 4 wheel drive and started out. My sister Laura came along at the last minute and I'm glad she did. It made me feel a little better. It was worth the drive, we got yummy cookies to leave for Santa.

I'm a little late posting this, but we went to the Zoo lights up in Salt Lake last week. I loved it! Yes it was cold, and we froze are you know whats off, but I had fun. I hope my kids did as well. My favorite was the ginger bread house, zebras, and giraffes. I hope to do it again next year.

Zoo Lights

Here come Santa Clause, here comes Santa Clause, right down Santa Clause lane.
Well we went to see Santa today, and stood in line for almost an hour. I had to get a picture with Trevin for his first Christmas, or I wouldn't have stood in line for so long. Can't wait only 3 more days till Christmas!!!

WOW!!!!!
I can not believe it is 2 weeks until CHRISTMAS
Is everybody ready, I'm sure not. So many things still
to do. I hope everyone has a great Merry Christmas and
a safe New Year!
My boys are the best. But I guess every
mother thinks that. They take the best pictures.
I look at Kaden, and I just see my smile. The same
gap, and beaver teeth. I love those moments when
they do something or say something, and your like
"that is so me"

Well it's that time of year again. Bust out the Christmas
lights and go to town. This year Manny made me help
with the trees. It took me 2 hours to do one tree, but
I'll tell you what, I'm very proud of it. Best looking
tree in are yard. I keep pulling out more lights, but
Manny wont let me. Oh well!

We had a great Thanksgiving at the Wilson's. Dave deep fried a Turkey, as Kieth and Manny kept him company. Mom, Collene, and me got the rest of the food ready as the grandparents showed up. Just a small crowd but it was really nice. After, we went home to curl up on the couch, watched Elf, and Santa Clause, then went to bed. Nice relaxing day. Hope everyone else had a great thanksgiving.

I think Trick-or-Treating is the best part of Halloween. Not of the candy but of how much and how far you can go. It almost makes me want to be a little kid again. But with all the Trunk or treats not many people are home. So we went up to my brothers house and tagged along with him. We had a great time. Thanks Jackie.

I want to thank Manny for dressing up with
me. I was really surprised he did. I think mainly
because he loves to watch his shows.

Every year I usually carve pumpkins with the kids by myself while Manny is at work. This year we did it together, and let me tell you he is great. He scooped out all the goop so I didn't have to. All I got to do is my favorite part "carving". Thanks so much Hunny!

Manny got a good deal on a E-Quilizer hitch.
So he had to test it out. While he had the trailer out,
he took some pictures since we forgot to when we
went camping. Of course he had to get the truck
in there as well. He is such a nerd.
Can't wait to go camping again!
For Red Ribbon Week Kaden got to dress
backwards for school. I thought he looks so
funny I just had to take a picture. I'm still
wondering how he went to the bathroom

I got my kids all Halloween shirts
this year. So I went to my Moms to
take their picture. She always has the
best background.
I know I'm really behind on this but I wanted to post it. We had a really good time, crazy, loud, but fun. Me, Kaden, & Gavin played Rock Band and my son was actually pretty good. I know what I'm asking Santa for Christmas. We played games but it was just fun hanging out and laughing. Thanks family for the good times!

Photo Tag

Okay ,so this is the first tag I've done, and only because it was easy and I didn't have to think.
Well the 4th folder and the 4th picture didn't work out because I have folders in folders in folders. So this is the the picture I came to after all the fourths. This is really funny because the 4 wheeler Eli is sitting on is actually from Megs house. Eli would not give it up when we left. Well it never made it back. Eli wore it out and is now in pieces, and in the garbage. Thanks though Meg!

Well are pumpkins survived the bugs! I was so happy. We got about 25 pumpkins, although half of them are small and the rest are medium sized. Kaden and Eli were very helpful in watering them this summer and loved cutting them off the vines. I can't wait to do it again next year.

Back yard pumpkin patch

My boys are so hilarious. They love their guns and playing war. I was sitting in the rocking chair in my room feeding Trevin. Kaden comes in and hands me a gun and tells me to shoot them when they come in. So they come charging in and pretend to die, although Eli takes alot longer to fall. They will find things to toss in my room as bombs, then shut the door. So I go in to there room and Eli is trying to put his shirt over his head. He picks up his "sword" and yells ATTACK! It's amazing how good there imagination is.
