With all the snow we had to get a picture to send back with Manny's parents. I think they were ready to leave the snow.
Z
Yeah!!! It finally snowed. The boys were able to put there snow gear on, and head out side for some fun. Kaden came up with this idea to rig the snow shovel to his Escalade. Then he drove his SNOWPLOW up and down the drive way.
This year my kids were so excited to help decorate the tree. Of course Kaden hangs only 2 or 3, then he's done. Eli usually sticks with me to the end. I love looking at my tree, but I swear it seems like a pain in the butt to put up. Trevin's been pretty good with not touching, no broken ornaments so far. I can't believe only 2 weeks till Christmas. I am not ready!

Celebrating Thanksgiving Twice!

Manny's mom and dad came up this year in time, so my sister and brother in law came to our house to have Thanksgiving. First me and the kids went to my dad and Jay's house (Manny stayed home to sleep) and ate with them. Jay had the table set up so cute, and her house as well. The kids played outside since the weather was really nice. I didn't get to stay long, since I needed to get home to start cooking my dinner.
So this was are first time frying a turkey, and doing Thanksgiving at our house. We used my mom's and Dave's Fryer, and it turned out great. The night before, I stuck the turkey in a 5 gallon salt water cooler to soak. Our Turkey was so moist. Well the breast part. I usually like the dark meat but not this time. When you fry it, it gets to well done.
My sister in law is awesome. As soon as she showed up things
seemed to run smoother. She just kinda gets things done faster, and if things aren't perfect, Oh Well! With her and my mother in law we had the kitchen cleaned up in know time. Muchos gracias Elsa por todos.

NEW MOON! This picture speaks for it's self. I've been a Jacob fan from the beginning, and not just because he's so hot! This book was one of my favorites, and I'm so glad they did it better than Twilight. I can't wait till the next one. It's pretty fun to go with all the girls, and act a little "not my age".
(Sorry about some of the faces that got cut off)

1st Haircut Wow! We finally did it. His hair was so long, and it still kind of is. I told the lady to trim it. I guess I thought she would cut a little more on top. He looks like he has a bowl cut. I took him to Cookie Cutters, which was really cute. He loved sitting in the car and watching a movie.

OCTOBER has come and GONE! I can't believe we are already in November. October was filled with fun Halloween activities, and I'm so far behind on posting anything. I thought I would post only a couple of my favorite pictures. That turned out to be a lot. CORNBELLY's This was my first year going but my sisters go every year. My kids loved it! We went on opening day, which is only $4. I thought it was going to be crazy busy, but it wasn't. It took some time in the corn maze, but we eventually made it out. And they had this awesome 3D spook ally that wasn't to scary for the kids. I think that was my favorite part. Looks like we'll be going next year. My Grandmas 80th birthday was on the 17th. We got together for a home cooked breakfast, and cake, hee hee. She was really happy to have her grand, and great grand-kids around to help her celebrate. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Grandma Harri!
Putting up Halloween is always fun, taking it down sucks! Kids like to help decorate, but they hate to help put it away. Oh well! They had a blast putting up these window stickers. And Trevin had a blast ripping them off! Finally, with some of them ruined, we got them up.
Usually are tradition is to go to the pumpkin patch in Springville and scour the fields for the right pumpkin. This year since that road is closed we went to the RED BARN for a Hay Ride, and different shaped pumpkins. It was really fun, and the kids thought it was cool riding behind a tractor. As we got on, the wind picked up and it started to get dark, so not so many great pictures.
HALLOWEEN COOKIES! I love making, and decorating these. They are fun and you can do many different things. But I swear, every time, you can't wait to be done. And wonder why you began in the first place. But they are yummy and fun, so that's why we keep doing them.
We grew are pumpkin patch again this year, and just like last year we come out with a bunch of small pumpkins. Daddy gutted all of them, and Mommy carved most of them. The kids did their 1 or 2, and so did Manny. It's sad that they don't last for very long.
My mom's FAMOUS Halloween party! This year we didn't go all out with the SPOOK BARN, but it was still really fun. She had a treasure hunt, and a swinging doughnut thing, where you try to eat the doughnut without touching it with your hands. It was so funny watching the kids, and some adults, going round and round trying to catch the doughnut between their teeth. I wish I got pictures of everyone, but there's some it missed.
HALLOWEEN night was awesome. We went up to my sisters house for trick or treating, and the kids had a blast. Gavin was running from one house to the next, and we were barley able to keep up. Of course that didn't last for long. About an hour later they were all pooped out, and ready to head back home. Her neighborhood is great. A lot of them really haunt up their houses, or dress up for the kids. I wasn't planning on it, but when I got to my sisters house and she was, I decided to throw on some things she had.

HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY!!! PAPA!
Last Sunday we went to my Dad's for his 60th birthday! We had a great time just eating, visiting, and playing volleyball. I don't think my dad looks close to 60, and I don't think he acts like it either. He says the only time he feels old is that first hour or two in the morning. Thanks dad for sharing a special birthday with us!
I had to get all the kids while they were munching. They were so cute putting the olives on their fingers.
These 2 are so cute! Carson couldn't stop licking the frosting off his fingers, and Chance loved trying to pick up the ice cubes with the tongs. I even caught him putting some on Trevin's head. He of course had no clue. He was busy trying to get his hands in the bowl.
So Jackie walks over with these glasses on, and right away I remember seeing a picture of my dad with almost the same ones on. I just had to get a picture. In the picture he's also holding Jackie. They also have the same mustache and goatee. What a resemblance. Such handsome men.
That sure is alot of candles! Look at all the smoke.
My step-sister Lori made this cake. Isn't that cool. I love the little golf club.
Look at all them grand kids. And just think, some weren't there and we're still adding more. Half are from our step side of the family. I didn't think to get their picture when we were taking them.

For Labor Day, we went to Payson Onion Days. I'm a sucker for carnival rides. It was really fun, and I got to meet up with an old friend. Her little boy, who's 4, rode the rides with the rest of the kids. The only down part of the night, waiting forever in lines. I don't know if it's worth it, to go on the first night. It might be cheaper, but they don't get to go on as many rides.
Kaden was in the Parade again this year. So we got up early and walked down from Collene's house, since it wasn't to far from there. The kids got lots of otter pops to keep them cool. They sat on the curb and watched the parade go by.
He loves to kick the board in half. Makes him feel so tough.
Next time we're sitting on the West side. They sun was in
our eyes the whole time.
After, we headed down to Mi Rancherito for some lunch. Then spent the rest of the day just chillin'. It felt good to spend the day, doing really nothing.

Sunday was a very interesting day. We planned to go
feed the ducks and had are bags of bread. When we walked up to the pond Manny noticed there were a lot of Carp. So when we started throwing in the bread pieces to the ducks, we were shocked when the Carp started swarming over the pieces.
I could not believe how these fish would swim out of the
water to get to the bread. I hate to say, it was more fun and exciting to feed the fish than the ducks. There were people there throwing in whole dinner rolls. And the fish would just gobble them up. So after all the fun, we took a stroll down the river and took some pictures. Trevin wasn't into it, but I got some cute ones of Kaden and Eli.
And the day just got better. After feeding the fish, since the day was still early. We picked up my mom(because see new the way) and headed out to climb(in the truck)West Mt. Why? Because Manny wanted flat rocks(for are yard), and I guess this is the spot to get them. It was a nice, slow, bumpy ride to almost the top. When we got there, we started looking around. The kids stayed near the truck with my mom, as me an Manny went further out. I had a couple, and was coming back to the truck when I looked down and noticed about 10 to 15 spiders all on the top of weeds that were about knee high. Every where I looked I could see black dots on these weeds. I never thought of myself as being scared of spiders, but I started screaming. I finally made my way(very loudly) back to the truck. Where I stayed and made Manny finish collecting the rocks. This picture we got on are way out, which we didn't notice on the way in. I swear there were SPIDERS everywhere!

Last weekend we threw a surprise party for my sister Chris's 40th birthday. She had absolutely no idea, and it turned out perfectly. We made some special gifts for her, and let her know how much we love and appreciate her being our sister. As I was looking for sayings about sisters, I came across one that I really liked. "Perfect sisters we are not, but thankful for the ones we got". I love my sisters so much, no matter our arguments, or disagreements. They will always be there for me, and I'm thankful for that. Now on to the fun stuff! We rented a Bounce House for the kids, but it was so fun we had to join in. There was really great food, as well as the chocolate fountain, with lots of fun stuff to dip in it. So there's quite a lot of pictures below. I tried to pick my favorites, but needed to get everyone in there.
